Anyone interested in adopting a foster dog, including the foster applicant, must follow the formal adoption process. Candidate approval and placement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Redland Dog Sanctuary.

Despite our best efforts and intentions, there may be circumstances in which a dog's survival cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, there are circumstances where a dog may need to be euthanized to prevent suffering. These decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Redland Dog Sanctuary and our partner vets.

I have answered the above questions truthfully and completely. I understand that although Redland Dog Sanctuary takes reasonable care to screen dogs for foster placement, it makes no guarantee relating to the dogs' health, behavior, or actions. I understand that I receive foster care dogs at my own risk and can reject or return any dogs for which Redland Dog Sanctuary has asked me to provide care. I indemnify and hold Redland Dog Sanctuary free and harmless from all liability arising out of any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, action, judgement of every kind and description which may occur to or be suffered by me, members of my household, or any third parties by reason of activities arising out of this agreement.
